摘要:
CdSe sensitized TiO2 nanocrystalline solar cells were made with the participation of silicotungstic acid (STA) during the deposition of CdSe, the resulting Voc and Ise were 0.23 V cm(-2) and 10 mA cm(-2), respectively.
