摘要:
A switched four-sector beam antenna for wireless LAN system in the 60 GHz band has been developed. The antenna has a pyramidal configuration. Each isosceles triangular surface of the pyramid has been inclined 30 degrees from the vertical axis, in order to cover from low elevation angles to the zenith direction. Four sector beams which have 90 degrees half-power beam width can cover 360 degrees in the azimuth plane. Each sector beam achieved more than 6.5 dBi and the axial ratio of less than 2.5 dB in the 59-60 GHz band.
