摘要
The tribological properties of a near-field optical disk with diamond-like carbon (DLC) protective and lubricant films were evaluated. DLC protective films were prepared under different sputtering conditions and their mechanical and optical properties were investigated. Near-field recording (NFR) disks were prepared on several different substrates, and the substrate material effects on a head-disk interface (HDI) were measured by a tribological test. The heat-treated NFR disks with a glass substrate showed the best durability.
