摘要：

An approach for definition of recommendations for the prevention of repeated failures is discussed. The approach is based on the integration of case-based reasoning and group decision-making methods. The case model, case retrieval and case reuse algorithms are described. Description of the software and an example of the approach application are presented. (C) 2012 Elsevier Ltd.
