摘要：

Modern instruments for counter-current chromatography (CCC) and centrifugal partition chromatography (CPC) are reviewed, and a description of biphasic solvent systems is provided, together with some simple rules for finding the best system for a given purification. Applications include the purification of acetogenins, 10-deacetyl-baccatin III, amphotericin B, anthocyanins, hop bitter acids, alkaloids and partially depolymerized fucans.
