摘要：

In this paper we propose two different versions of the multi-team model where a team of two firms compete with another team. The firms in each team help each other. We studied the equilibrium solutions, the conditions of their local asymptotic stability. Some numerical simulations are done. (c) 2005 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
