摘要：

Recently magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) has become an accepted method to evaluate the peripheral vascular system in symptomatic patients. This article explores the fundamental differences between conventional contrast angiography and MRA. Advantages and disadvantages of various MRA techniques will be described as well as how to incorporate these techniques in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with peripheral occlusive disease.
