摘要
The hydrogen sorption properties of a mixture of Mg + 10 wt. % WO3 made by reactive mechanical grinding at room temperature under 1100 kPa of H-2 were studied and compared with those of elemental Mg subjected to a similar preparation procedure. The milling products were also characterized by XRD, EPMA, and granulometric measurements. It was observed that WO3 has an important catalytic effect on hydrogen absorption and desorption, more than doubling the rates observed in the samples milled without the additive.
