Isobaric vapor liquid equilibrium for the methanol plus ethanol plus water plus ammonium bromide system

摘要
The binary vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) data for salt-containing systems including methanol/ethanol/ water/NH4Br were determined and correlated. The method of combining titration analysis and gas chromatographic analysis was used to determine concentrations in the Liquid phase for salt-containing multicomponent systems. The optimal parameters of the NRTL model, which were obtained by correlating data of the binary systems, were used to predict salt-containing VLE data for the ternary and the quaternary systems, and the experimental VLE data were compared with the predicted data. The results show that predicted data agree well with experimental data.
