摘要
In this paper, Raman spectra of titania nanotube prepared by a soft chemical process through proton exchangement are reported. The new Raman peak at 266 cm(-1) is attributed to Ti-OH bonds, which is very important for formation and stability of titania nanotube. Once titania 14 nanotube has been annealed at 400 degrees C for I h in air, Ti-OH bonds shrank to Ti-O-Ti bands by desorbing water. Meanwhile, the tubular A A structure would be damaged and sequentially the new Raman peaks disappeared. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
