摘要
This article interprets spatial location as a way for firms to signal innovation. In the model, spatial agglomeration is due to information asymmetry. Moreover, a decrease in inter-regional transport costs has a strong impact on industry and favors agglomeration. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
