摘要：

In the present paper, we consider the concept of shadows introduced by Blizard and the theory of fuzzy bags developed by Yager. Then we define fuzzy shadows and develop some properties of them with examples. Some propositions on fuzzy shadows are also studied. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
