Bipolarization and multiwavelength diode-pumped Nd:YVO4 microchip laser

摘要
A Nd:YVO4 microchip single mode laser whose facets are cut perpendicularly to the optical axis is studied. We have observed that in general the laser field has two frequency components which are linearly polarized and perpendicular to each other. Fluorescence emission spectra together with polarization-resolved laser spectra and relaxation oscillations are also presented.
