摘要
The compound CrN was obtained as a single phase by DC reactive sputtering. The prepared CrN is stable up to 1028 K and decomposes into CrN+Cr2N above 1033 K. This compound exhibits antiferromagnetism. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science S.A. All rights reserved.
