摘要：

The Halosperm (R) test kit, the latest of the sperm DNA fragmentation tests, is considered by Fernandez et al. to be a suitable replacement for the Sperm Chromatin Structure Assay (SCSA (R)) test. Although the test is ingenious and interesting, the data lack the statistical rigor of the SCSA (R) test.
