摘要:
Low pressure differential mobility analysis and transmission electron microscopy were used to study the aerosol formed during 1064-nm pulsed Nd3+:YAG laser ablation of a solid cesium iodide (CsI) target. Measurements reveal that the aerosol is comprised of particles in three size regimes: particles with approximately log-normal size distributions;and D-pg similar to 10 nm, compact spherical CsI particles with D-pg similar to 80 nm, and fractal-like agglomerates with D-pg similar to 1-3 mu m.
