摘要
A method is proposed to prepare a mannosyl two-station molecular machine derivative by using the end-capping method of a semirotaxane. The study observed that a new glycorotaxane molecular machine can be prepared by using an anilinium and a triazolium station. The study also provide a pH-controlled shuttling of the dibenzo[24]crown-8 (DB24C8) around the two very different binding sites. The synthetic strategy of the study was based on the copper(I)-catalyzed Huisgen alkyne-azide 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition. The study also can be used to prepare glycorotaxanes using 'click chemistry' in a template directed threading approach. It was also observed that 'click chemistry' method and the N-methylation can produce triazolium rotaxanes. The study found that a mannosyl-rotaxane synthesized at room temperature in dichloromethane.
