摘要
The measurement technology for the microtensile testing of wood fibers was presented. An optical video system was used for recording long-elongation curves based on precise strain determination for fiber testing. A foliar frame was developed for mounting fibers onto the tensile device. The results show that the ultimate tensile stress was about 1186 MPa and the modulus of elasticity was about 22600 MPa.
