摘要
Chronic total occlusion (CTO) may occur in as many as 30-40% of patients with coronary artery disease. Retrograde revascularization through a collateral channel has been described earlier. We report the first case of retrograde passage of a stent through an epicardial collateral to revascularize a right coronary artery CTO. (c) 2008 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
