摘要
The implications for developing consumer-friendly pervasive retail systems are discussed. The front-end and formative evaluation during the development of MyGrocer, a second-generation pervasive retail system, is analyzed. It is found that MyGrocer improved consumers' grocery shopping experience. Introducing pervasive computing technologies in retail environments has profound implications for the consumer shopping experience.
