摘要
The charge distribution function (CDF) of dust particles in low temperature laboratory plasmas is obtained as a function of the discrete particle negative charge Z=0, 1, 2,,.., and various plasma parameters. An analytical expression for the CDF is derived both for Maxwellian and non-Maxwellian plasma electrons taking into account the processes of electron attachment and detachment (secondary electron emission), and recombination of positive ions with the dust particles.
