摘要：

The identification of fat within a focal or diffuse mediastinal lesion significantly narrows the differential diagnosis. In many cases, a specific diagnosis can be suggested on the basis of CT findings. In this particle, we illustrate and review the characteristic CT features of common and uncommon fat attenuation lesions of the mediastinum, including focal masses and diffuse abnormalities.
