摘要
Resource constraint video decoding is critical for the next generation cost-driven multimedia devices. In this paper, we present a DCT-based computational complexity scalable video decoder via properly pruning the DCT data. Experimental results showed that the complexity can be scaled from 100% to 38% and the output quality is gracefully degraded.
