Effect of spin-orbit impurity scattering in d-wave superconductors

摘要
The effect of a magnetic impurity in the d(x2-y2)-wave superconducting (SQ state of the t-J model is studied. The Bogoliubov-de Gennes equation, derived within a slave-boson mean-field approximation, is solved numerically at T = 0. The spin-spin scattering induces spin-triplet p-wave SC order parameters near the impurity. while a local (d(x2-y2), + id(xy))-wave SC state with spontaneous currents occurs in the presence of the spin-orbit interaction. When both interactions coexist, it turns out that a state which carries finite spin currents appears. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science BN. All rights reserved.
