Structural changes of transparent TiO2 thin films with heat treatment

摘要
Transparent TiO2 thin films were prepared by dip-coating. The surface structure, crystallinity, and specific surface area of the thin film were changed with increasing calcination temperature. Nano-sized TiO2 thin films were formed with calcination at 450 degrees C, and its crystal structure was anatase. The nano-sized TiO2 was sintered with heat treatment at 650 degrees C, and the specific surface area decreased. The nano-sized TiO2 structure and transparency were lost after calcination at 800 degrees C, and the crystal structure of TiO2 changed to the anatase-rutile complex phase.
