摘要：

We report a novel technique for percutaneous removal of the right heart thrombi using a suction cannula. This method allowed complete en bloc removal of the right atrial thrombus avoiding surgical procedure in a high risk patient. (C) 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
