摘要
The synthetic analogues and reaction systems relevant to the molybdenum and tungsten oxotransferases are discussed. The structural analogues, reactivity analogues and hydrotris(pyrazolyl)borate complexes were studied. The analogues of the sulfite oxidases family sites and of the DMSO reductase family sites were elaborated. The mechanistic aspect of oxo transfer and relative reactivity of molybdenum and tungsten were also analyzed.
