摘要：

2-Iodobenzoyl chloride reacts with ketimines in acetonitrile at 100 degrees under carbon monoxide pressure in the presence of a catalytic amount of a palladium catalyst together with triethylamine to afford the corresponding spiroisoindolinones in high yields.
