摘要
Novel water-soluble isopeptides of A beta 1-42 mutants, '26-O-acyl isoA beta 1-42 (26-AIA beta 42) mutants', which were efficiently converted to intact A beta 1-42 mutants with no byproduct formation under physiological conditions, were synthesized. These isopeptides provide a new system useful for investigating the biological function of A beta 1-42 mutants. (c) 2005 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
