摘要
An instrumentation for measurement with a capacitive biosensor is described. A potentiostatic step is used to perturb the system and the resulting current response is sampled at a frequency of 50 kHz. Data acquisition, construction of the potentiostat, as well as capacitance evaluation using different models are discussed.
