摘要
The proportion of insufficient sweat tests after positive newborn screening for cystic fibrosis was determined. Infants <= 3 months old had a mean (+/- standard deviation) rate of 7.2% (+/- 7.6) (range, 0% to 40%). Collection methods did not affect the rates. The high and variable rates indicate a need for quality improvement. (J Pediatr 2010;157:1035-7)
