摘要
A review of signal processing methods applicable to acoustic emission signals was discussed. Signal enhancement methods such as Wiener filtering by non-linear phase space projection and wavelet denoising were discussed. The signal analysis methods such as temporal, spectral, phase space and wavelet methods were also described. It was seen that wavelet analysis and non-linear dynamics was useful for transient, non-stationary and chaotic signals.
