摘要：

A study on cyclin-dependent kinases (Cdk) was presented. The biological mechanisms underlying Cdk substrate selection were outlined and description of cell cycle ordering by periodic Cdk activation was presented. The regulation of Cdk activity, distinct modes of regulation of Cdc28 and cell cycle regulatory circuits were also discussed.
