摘要
In recent years, special attention has been focused on the development of gel polymer electrolytes (GPE) consisting of host polymers such as PAN, PVC, poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVdF), etc., as they may find unique applications in consumer electronic and electric vehicle products. In the present study, blend-based polymer electrolytes composed of PMMA, PVdF, LlClO(4), and dimethyl phthalate (DMP) are prepared using solvent casting technique. The miscibility studies have been performed using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and FTIR. The role of interaction between polymer hosts on conductivity is discussed using the results of ac impedance studies. A room temperature conductivity of 0.914 x 10(-3) S/cm has been obtained for the PMMA(7.5)-PVdF(17.5)-LiCF3SO3(8)-DMP(67) polymer complex. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
