Quasi-elastic incommensurate peaks in La2-xSrxCU1-yZnyO4-δ

摘要
Sharp quasi-elastic peaks (kappa = 0.014 Angstrom(-1), Gamma = 0.22 meV), indicating long-range antiferromagnetic slow fluctuations, were observed at (pi,pi) + epsilon(pi,0) in La1.86Sr0.14Cu0.988Zn0.012O4-delta in superconducting (delta = 0, T-c = 19 K) and non-superconducting (delta = 0.0040) conditions. The quasi-elastic components start appearing around T, and increase with lowering temperature, while the low-energy inelastic peaks with the same epsilon show a broad intensity maximum around the same temperature.
