摘要：

Specific recognition of β-peptide helices can be achieved by the incorporation of nucleo-β-amino acids in every third position of β-peptide oligomers. Pairing complexes (see picture) are formed with extraordinary high stabilities in aqueous buffer. A major contribution comes from the high preorganization of the nucleobases by the 14-helix backbone.
