摘要：

This is the first study to demonstrate the reproducibility of an oral propafenone loading dose in converting paroxysmal atrial fibrillation in patients without significant cardiac disease or hypertension. This finding may support the development of the "pill-in-the-pocket" treatment strategy in this group of patients. (C) 2003 by Excerpta Medica, Inc.
