摘要:
Based on trans-4-[P-(N-ethyl-N-hydroxylethyl-amino)styry] -N-methylpyridinium tetraphenylborate (ASPT), three novel compounds of two ASPT-like charge transfer moieties linked by a-bond spacers to N-position of pyridine cycle were synthesized. An interesting phenomenon has been found that by changing the number of the a-bond spacers, the transition energy level can be micro-tuned, leading to an obvious shift of lasing lambda (max) or up-conversion lasing lambda (max) position under single-photon and two-photon pumped condition. An explanation of this phenomenon was proposed according to the quantum chemical calculation. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
