摘要
Today, in order for organizations to succeed, employees have to help determine customer expectations, take initiative and do what they can to satisfy customers. As the need expands for employees to think and act interdependently, controlling practices become increasingly counter productive. For the past few years, several supervisor training programs have been developed that yield significant results. One such program is a 40-hour supervisory training course. This program emphasizes that in order to improve supervisor-employee (S-E) relationships, the causes of adversarial struggles should be determined.
