摘要
A modified photo-lithographic approach to fabricating optically dear, 10 mu m and above wide multiple channels in biomedicaly relevant polymers like poly(dimethyl-siloxane) is described, This approach allows control of size and shape of the channels and vessel wall architecture. Elimination of wet etchants, such as hydrofluoric acid, enables better control on the chemistry and surface topography of the formed channels.
