摘要
Targeting angiogenesis in glioblastoma rapidly reduces vascular permeability and contrast enhancement on MRI and prolongs progression-free survival. The long-term efficacy of bevacizumab and other anti-angiogenic agents is limited, however, because of the rapid development of resistance.
