摘要
The dispersion relation and damping of an electrostatic dust-low;er-hybrid mode has been derived using both the fluid and kinetic models of plasmas in magnetized dusty plasmas with a background of neutral atoms and streaming electrons and ions. This mode fan be excited in a laboratory experiment when the streaming velocity of electrons and ions in the direction of the magnetic field exceeds the parallel phase velocity.
