New insights into sequence-dependent DNA structure

A high resolution structure of a dodecanucleotide confirms some accepted features of sequence-dependent DNA structure, highlights the possibility that other structural variations may be due to uncertainties in available structures, and suggests the presence of sodium in the solvent spine.
