摘要：

There is considerable variation in the use of cortisosteroids within Europe before possible preterm delivery. Thyrotropin releasing hormone is rarely used as synergistic treatment in most, but not all, European countries-presumably reflecting uncetainty about the effectiveness and safety of this agent.
