摘要
Adherence to written infection control policies and procedures was studied and on-site education was provided for I year at a children's hospital. There was significant improvement in sharp objects disposal, hazardous waste handling, availability of personal protective equipment, isolation precautions, and staff knowledge regarding location of the exposure control plan.
