Electrical transport behavior of perovskite-type oxide LSCO

摘要
A study was performed on electrical transport behavior of perovskite-type oxide La1-xSrxCoO3 (LSCO). The electrical transport processes corresponded to the activated hopping of charge carriers among Co3+ and Co4+ sites. It was found that the electronic conduction behavior was consistent with the small polaron mechanism.
