摘要：

Testosterone levels fall with age. This is associated with a decline in muscle mass, strength, and bone mineral density. Testosterone replacement improves libido, muscle mass, cognition, bone mineral density, and possibly muscle strength. To determine the efficacy and safety of testosterone there is a need for a men's health study.
