摘要
Two new monomeric hydrolysable tannins, acalyphidins M-1 and M-2, together with fourteen known polyphenols were isolated from the leaves of Acalypha hispida, and characterized as 1-O-galloyl-3,6-(R)-hexahydroxydiphenoyl-4-O-brevifolincarboxyl-beta-D-glucose, and an oxidative metabolite of geraniin, respectively, by spectroscopic and chemical methods. A new hydrolysable tannin dimer, acalyphidin D-1, which is composed of two moles of geraniin, was also isolated and characterized as an acetonyl derivative. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd.
