摘要
The local structures around the Mn dopants of Zn1-xMnnS nanocrystalline materials are determined. Significant differences are found which may help understand the optical properties of these materials. These nanocrystals are synthesized using a colloidal chemistry procedure in a nitrogen atmosphere.
