摘要
A marine photosynthetic bacterium, Rhodovulum sp., (PS88) isolated from a sea sediment mud self-flocculated during aerobic cultivation in the dark. Flocculation and growth of PS88 were especially by Mg2+ up to 10 mM in culture medium. Ca2+ had a lesser stimulating effect.
